Features:

  • Once purchased, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that can be used at checkout to redeem its value.
  • Gift Cards do not expire.
  • Gift cards can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
  • Gift cards can be used in conjunction with a discount code.
  • Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
  • Orders that were paid with a gift card can be refunded or partially refunded to that gift card.
  • This is a Digital Gift Card, not a physical item. A unique code will be sent via email.

How it works:

Once the gift card is purchased, you will receive an email that contains a unique gift card code. This code can be used at checkout to redeem the gift card’s value. The code is not case sensitive. It holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

SHIPPING

All of our sandals are handmade upon order unless stock availability is expressly stated with the message "In Stock" when you select your preferred size. Once the order is placed, they are made, usually within 7 days.

PRE ORDER items will ship end of February 2025.

At the moment, free shipping is available for all orders.

All shipments are dispatched from Greece, Europe using DHL Express Worldwide Courier service.

KYMA is not responsible for duties or tariffs imposed by the destination country customs. For the USA specifically, according to Customs Border and Protection website, purchases whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP.

FIT

Fits true to size, we suggest you buy your normal size. Only Available in full sizes, go up to the nearest whole size if you take a half size.
