All of our sandals are handmade upon order unless stock availability is expressly stated. Once the order is placed they are made, usually, within 7 days.
Shipping options:
Express shipping via DHL costs 15 $/€ with a delivery time of 1 to 3 days worldwide depending on location.
Free Shipping via Elta Courier (Greek Destinations only) with a 1 to 2 day delivery.
KYMA is not responsible for duties or tariffs imposed by the destination country customs.

2.Credit Card You can use your credit card to pay for your order without worrying about security. Our company collaborates with Alpha Bank. When it's time to complete your payment you will automatically be transferred to Alpha Bank's web system to ensure maximum security. 3.Paypal Paypal is the biggest online payment company in the world and offers the most complete online payment solution. You can choose one of the payment options Paypal offers in order to complete your order with the payment option you prefer.

4.Bank Account Deposit The option for a bank account deposit is available. The banks we work with are (Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank and National Bank of Greece). After you choose the "Bank Account Deposit" payment option you will be e-mailed with the bank account details and instructions on how to complete your order. Once your deposit is cross checked by our system you item will be shipped immediately.

When it comes to the personal information that is stored on our servers you should be aware of the following: The data you enter to login to your account are: a) your username (email or username) and b) your password. RETURN POLICY
All sandals are eligible for return for 15 days after you have received them. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please send them to our address at:

Before returning any item please complete the "Return Form" that can be found in your "Account" menu so we can make sure we have a replacement for your order ready if you wish to exchange it and also so we can provide return labels. If the sandals you received were damaged or the order was not what you requested originally a full refund will be issued. Clients are eligible for free returns and free exchanges only once per purchase.
